1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using this API and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
We provide an API for automated detection and classification of vehicle exterior damage from images, including damage type, affected part, severity grading, and confidence scoring.
3. Accounts
To use the Service you must provide accurate registration information, keep your API keys confidential, and remain responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate laws, infringe the rights of others, process images you have no right to use, attempt to reverse engineer our models, circumvent rate limits, or resell the Service without authorization.
5. Pricing and payment
Paid usage is billed based on your plan and analysis volume. Fees are due per the terms of your agreement or invoice. Enterprise and on-premise licensing are available under separate terms.
6. Service levels
We aim for high availability and publish an uptime target for paid plans. Enterprise customers may negotiate custom service-level agreements. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control are excluded.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including our models, algorithms, and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable law. You retain ownership of the images you submit and the results generated from them.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, and results should be verified for critical decisions. You are responsible for validating outputs before acting on them.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
